Come to the ranch for an epic in the field dinner, outlaw country dancing, and VIP 3-D archery shoot! This will be on Friday November 10th. This is our first fundraiser we have ever thrown and so stoked to be doing this here at The Ranch! All money goes directly to our education programs for 2024.
Your fall harvest ticket will include happy hour appetizers, a whole animal dinner (whole pig), dessert, and a night full of celebrating and fun! We will have a cash bar including wine, beer, & seltzers. We will also have a raffle going on the whole month that will be concluding that night, and we will be raffling some special items that you can only bid on the night of The Fall Harvest event. Kids are welcome to attend and have a special price / ticket.
Your 3-D VIP archery ticket will include you to shoot a special Course that we set up here at the ranch by San Diego Muleys and ourselves. There will be 20 to 22 shots and it will not disappoint. We will be providing snacks and coffee for all our shooters! Since this is the middle of hunting season, it’s an awesome time to check where your arrows are going and see all your homies, then hit eagle peak to get after it the next morning! We will have a novelty steel target shot & and a broadhead shot to win some awesome prizes! We are only opening the course to a limited amount of people, all of who must buy tickets to come to the fall harvest event. This is an add on ticket. You will be able to shoot from 10 AM to 2 PM and we are happy to let you use our house to freshen up and change for the party!
We are offering lodging at the YMCA next-door. It is a walking distance from us. There also is William Heise campgrounds half a mile away, air B&B all over the place here, and lodging in town.
When: Friday November 10th @ 330 PM. 4 PM happy hour, 5 PM intro/ mission video & dinner, 6-8 pm band plays, dessert, 9 pm party concludes.

Sponsorship opportunities:
Happy Hour Sponsor: $2500- This will include 1 hour of drinks for the whole party to enjoy (4-5 pm) and will include 5 tickets, 5 drink tickets, a signature drink named after you (of your choice), a branded banner at happy hour, and brand recognition at the event.
Happy Hour Food Sponsor: $2000- Huge Charcuterie table and passed around apps (4-5 pm). This will include 5 tickets, 5 drink tickets, branded happy hour, and brand recognition.
The Band/DJ Sponsor: $2000- This will cover the outlaw country band and DJ and you will have a big marketing tool. there will be brand recognition all around and behind the band. You will get 5 tickets, 5 drink tickets, and lots of brand recognition.
Dinner Sponsor: $5800- This will pay for the dinner and you will be a title sponsor. You will have a banner up and around the dinner, it will include 10 tickets, 10 drink tickets, a reserved table area (family style dinner), and brand recognition.
3D Archery shot Sponsor: $500- This is a sponsorship opportunity for shots on the course. We will have signs recognizing your brand during the shoot and this will include 2 tickets to shoot, for the dinner, and 2 drink tickets.
3D Archery course Sponsor: $1500- This is a sponsorship opportunity for sponsoring the whole course. We will have signs recognizing your brand during the shoot and all over the course. This will include 5 tickets to shoot, for the dinner, table reservation (family style dinner), and 5 drink tickets.
