Our heritage non-gmo pork is raised by a family farm in Sonoma County. The pigs forage on pasture. They source feed for their pigs from the local bakery, organic creamery, and spent brewers grains from a local brewery. They are rotationally grazed, aerating and tilling the soil with their snouts and moved frequently to allow the pasture to grow back. This helps build soil and manage weeds, removing the need for herbicides. Our pigs are never given sub-therapeutic antibiotics or hormones.
We harvest weekly, ensuring we always have a fresh supply of pork. This heritage pork has a beautiful rosy color, rich and sweet pork flavor, and healthy fat filled with vitamins and minerals foraged on pasture.
