Our lambs are from a family farm in Solano County, raised on pasture with their mothers, suckling milk and foraging planted and wild grasses. They are never fed grain. They are rotationally grazed, mimicking the way ruminants moved across land for many years. This helps build soil and manage weeds, removing the need for herbicides. Our lambs are never given sub-therapeutic antibiotics or hormones.
Being grass fed the meat is nutritious and chock full of Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin E, beta-car- otene, and conjugated linoleic acid. We harvest weekly, ensuring we always have a fresh supply of lamb. Our lamb is a beautiful deep red, is tender and has a mild grass fed flavor.
