Learn all about over the fire cooking with Chef Kaci! Learning to cook outdoors is an incredible skill everyone can benefit from. From sourcing the wood, cutting the wood, starting the fire, stoking the fire and understanding the elements against you while cooking ( wind, humidity, elevation) it All is important to understand if you want to be successful cooking outdoors. What meats do we cook “ low and slow” what meats do we cook “hard and fast”. How we can tell when the meat is done without a thermometer? We will be going over all these things and cooking some amazing meats, veggies, and something savory over the fire for the whole class to enjoy! Look forward to seeing you there!

330-430- Eat enjoy and conclude!
