Come learn with Mike Cook how to breakdown a whole pasture raised heritage hog. You will be bringing home an average of 8-10 pounds of meat for this share butcher program. Dependent on how many folks sign and show up! So bring a cooler!
Over the fire lunch will be included! And, coffee upon arrival. Any other extra lunch items that you feel like contributing will be happily received! Sharing good food is the best.
Mike will be walking you through the entire raising & breakdown process, efficient and effective wrapping, grinding, and cooking! We will be smoking a whole leg for lunch (so come hungry!).
Kids are encouraged and free with the purchase of your ticket. Each purchased ticket will be included in the portions of meat that is going home.
